1977 Kinta basketball state tournament team

This clipping of the Kinta boys basketball team after it made the state tournament in 1977 was posted to the Stigler News-Sentinel Facebook page on March 2, a nice 40-year-old memory several hours before the Eagles started play in the Class B state tourney. The post drew five comments and 26 shares, triggering many memories. Even the coach of the 1977 squad, Jack Wilson, stopped by the Stigler News-Sentinel office to share memories of the tournament and his players.
