Weekly fishing report for Lake Eufaula, Kerr Reservoir

Here are the weekly fishing reports for Lake Eufaula and the Robert S. Kerr Reservoir, which were submitted on Sunday.

Lake Eufaula

Elevation: above average

Water temperature and clarity: normal and murky

Striped bass, striped hybrid, white bass: Action is fair with live shad and sassy shad below the dam.

Blue catfish, channel catfish, flathead catfish: Action is good with cut bait and live shad around river channels, the main lake and creek channels.

Robert S. Kerr Reservoir

Elevation: above average

Water clarity: muddy

Blue catfish: Action is slow with live shad around river channels and below the dam.

Black crappie: Action is slow with jigs and minnows around brush structures and creek channels.

Largemouth bass: Action is fair with buzz baits and spinner baits near creek channels and weed beds.

Note: Boaters should use caution due to floating debris and strong currents near main channels.
