The Keota-Porum game looks to be the most intriguing matching between the two teams in years and Stigler enters a pivotal district game.

Here's the slate of Week 6 area football games. All games will start at 7 p.m. tonight.

Stigler (5-1, 1-0 in Class 3A District 8) vs. Idabel (3-2, 1-0 in Class 3A District 8)

Last week: Stigler 22, Roland 14; Idabel 35, Muldrow 28.

Last meeting: Stigler 28, Idabel 26 (Oct. 2, 2015).

The Stigler homecoming ceremony starts at 6:10 p.m.

Keota (2-3) vs. Porum (3-2)

Last week: Keota 36, Wetumka 12; Porum 42, South Coffeyville 40.

Last meeting: Keota 64, Porum 16 (Sept. 25, 2015).

Quinton (1-4, 1-1 in Class A District 8) vs. Savanna (3-2, 2-0 in Class A District 8)

Last week: Talihina 52, Quinton 13; Savanna 41, Sallisaw Central 21.

Last meeting: Quinton 26, Savanna 14 (Oct. 15, 2015).
