Stigler baseball vs. Spiro, Stigler golf at regionals

Stigler's baseball team plays Spiro for the second time this season as it picks up after winning its bi-district on Friday. Also, Stigler has two boys golfers competing in Class 3A regionals competing in regionals today. Here's a look at today's slate.

Baseball

Stigler (24-9) vs. Spiro (17-16) 4:30 p.m.

Last meeting: Stigler 12, Spiro 11 (March 21, 2018)

Notes: Stigler totaled 10 runs in its bi-district series with Wagoner and won both games by one or two runs. Spiro won its first district game against Eufaula before beating the Ironheads 18-6 in the second game.

Stigler at Class 3A regional at Sapulpa Golf Course

Notes: Stigler has Parker Rose and Remington Fioretti competing at the regional. Rose looks to finish high before his third state tournament appearance. Fioretti hopes to place in the top six among individuals to make it for the first time.
