Slow pitch softball, Class A, B baseball district matchups

The Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activities Association released the district assignments for all area slow pitch softball and Class A and B baseball on Friday. Quinton softball and Porum baseball are the only two area teams that will host districts among these classes. Below are the assignments.

Porum baseball (16-6) hosts Porter (6-7) and Oaks (1-2) in Class A districts.

Quinton softball (12-10, ranked 16th) will host Porum (10-9, ranked 19th) and Gore (7-2) in Class 3A districts.

Keota (2-5) and Quinton (1-7) baseball will visit 19th-ranked Rattan (7-13) for Class A districts.

Stigler softball (9-6, ranked 18th) goes with Roland (5-7) to fifth-ranked Heavener (19-6) for Class 5A districts.

Keota softball (3-11) goes with Gans (7-8) to sixth-ranked Fort Towson (18-8) for Class 3A districts.

McCurtain baseball (3-7) will go to 16th-ranked LeFlore (8-8) for Class B districts.

Kinta baseball (0-4) will visit No. 2 Red Oak (16-4) for Class B districts.

McCurtain softball (13-11) goes with Webbers Falls (10-2, ranked 20th) and Braggs (7-11) to top-ranked Red Oak for Class A districts.

Stigler baseball will learn of its district pairing on Friday when Class 3A baseball district assignments are released.
