SHS seniors sign with EOSC shooting sports team

Eastern shooting sports coach Tishina Mindemann, left, welcomes Stigler High School seniors Vance Hamlin (center) and Cole Highfill to the Eastern Oklahoma State College shooting sports team during a recent signing ceremony. Hamlin and Highfill will join the team’s 2021 recruiting class and arrive on campus in the fall. Both will receive scholarships to compete for Eastern. 2020-2021 is the inaugural season for the Eastern shooting sports team. Construction of a new competition and practice facility for the team was recently completed. Hamlin is the son of Barry and Twila Hamlin. Highfill is the son of Gordon and Traci Highfill.
