McCurtain softball, Quinton baseball finish regular season at home, more area sports

Stigler baseball needs some good fortune today as the district slate nears a close. While Stigler beat Hilldale yesterday, Poteau held off Muldrow in the seventh inning for a 6-4 win that maintained its half-game lead over Stigler for the District 4A-8 lead. The Panthers must hope for the Bulldogs to bring an even greater challenge at Muldrow today while also grabbing another win against Hilldale. Here's a look at the area schedule for today with Quinton baseball looking for its first win at home to finish the regular season.
