McCurtain girls basketball win big, boys fall 54-33

The McCurtain Bulldogs basketball teams were at Cameron this week, with the girls team coming in with a win of 73-52. 

Aaliyah Baker had 17 points; Piper Reed had 14 points; Makenna Murdock had 12 points; Brookly Vails and Katelynn Bond each had nine points. 

The boys team came up short, with a 54-33 loss to Cameron. Ethan Satterfield had 13 points; Gage Cooper and Brody Short each had nine points. 

The Bulldogs will play the Butner Eagles Nov. 15 at Butner High School. 

Tipoff is set for 8 p.m.
