Lake Eufaula, Kerr Reservoir fishing report: More striped bass near dam

Here is the fishing report for Lake Eufaula and Robert S. Kerr Reservoir. Both reports were submitted on Friday.

Lake Eufaula

Elevation: Normal

Water clarity: Murky

Blue catfish, flathead catfish: Action is good with cut bait, live bait and worms at the main lake and shallows.

Striped bass: Action is excellent with cut bait, lipless baits, live bait, live shad and top water below the dam.

Largemouth bass: Action is fair with grasshoppers, in-line spinnerbait and small lures at coves, points, riprap and standing timber.

Robert S. Kerr Reservoir

Elevation: Normal

Water clarity: Murky

Largemouth bass, spotted bass: Action is fair with Alabama rig, bill baits, crankbaits, flukes, plastics and spinnerbaits around brush structures, points, riprap, shallows, shorelines, standing timber and weed beds.

Blue catfish, channel catfish, flathead catfish: Action is good with cut bait, live bait, live shad and stinkbait around channels, creek channels, flats, the main lake, the river channel and river mouth.
