Fishing Reports - March 8

Robert S. Kerr Reservoir
Elevation is normal (stable), water temperature 55°F and murky. (USACE Lake Level)
Largemouth bass, and spotted bass good on crankbaits, minnows, plastic baits, spinnerbaits around brush structure, channels, points, rocks.
Blue catfish, channel catfish and flathead catfish good on chicken liver, minnows, shad, sunfish, worms around below the dam, main lake, river channel, river mouth.
Black crappie and white crappie good on hair jigs, jigs, minnows around brush structure, channels, points, rocks, weed beds.

Eufaula Lake
Elevation is normal (stable), water temperature 50°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level)
Largemouth bass,   smallmouth bass and spotted bass fair on crankbaits, in-line spinnerbaits, jigs, lipless baits, plastic baits around channels, main lake, points, riprap.
Blue catfish, channel catfish and flathead catfish good on cut bait, live bait, live shad, shad, stinkbait around channels, creek channels, river channel, river mouth, shallows.
Black crappie and white crappie excellent on hair jigs, minnows, spoons around brush structure, channels, docks, riprap, rocks.
