Wendell McGuire

Wendell B. McGuire, of Sallisaw, was born July 16, 1956, in Garland to George W. and Mildred Joann (Helton) McGuire and passed away Aug. 27, 2016, in Fort Smith, Ark., at the age of 60.
He is survived by his lifetime friend and a man he called brother, Floyd Benge of Sallisaw; one daughter, Amanda Stafford of Woodward; three sisters, Jenine Love and husband Jim of Broken Arrow, Janice Drake of Broken Arrow, Brenda Hunter and husband Terry of McCurtain; two brothers, Phillip B. McGuire of Sallisaw, Donny Lowe and wife Michelle of McCurtain.
Wendell was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, George J. McGuire.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 10 at Garland Cemetery with Bro. Jim Love officiating.
