Stephanie McMullen

Stephanie Faye McMullen of Stigler was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, on May 14, 1980, to Steven and Michelle (Gilmer) McMullen. She passed away on March 4, 2019, in Fort Smith, Ark., at the age 38.

She is survived by three children, Arilyn Annette Serpa, Jaydynn Elizabeth Leflore and Micah John Morris, of the home; her mother, Michelle Bird of Stigler; her father, Steven McMullen of Las Vegas, Nev.; two step-sisters: Heather Castro and Amanda Hale of South Carolina; maternal grandfather, John Gilmer of Stigler; paternal grandfather, Mack McMullen of Las Vegas, Nev.; paternal grandmother, Sheila Doutis of Mesquite, Nev. and Aunt Sherri Crowley of Mesquite, Nev.

Stephanie was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Golda Faye Edwards and maternal step-grandmother, Donna Gilmer.

Funeral services were at 1 p.m., Friday, March 8, 2019, at Stigler First Baptist Church in Stigler with the Rev. Daniel Milligan officiating. Interment followed at Stigler City Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory of Stigler.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in memory of Stephanie to the charity of your choice assisting with drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

Pallbearers were David Bumpers, Mark McCoy, Wes Shelton, Coy Mike Few, Wade Hurst and Daniel Milligan.
