Rose Carolan

Rose Carolan of Stigler was born July 2, 1931, in Stigler to Seab and Clara Barnett Carolan and passed away Feb. 8, 2017, in Stigler at the age of 85.
She is survived by one sister, Marjorie Bumpers of Stigler; one brother, Jerry Carolan and wife, Donna Carolan of Stigler; sister-in-law, Joann Carolan of Claremore; numerous nieces and nephews, David Bumpers, Tammy Carolan Watson, Katie Lockyer, Kelly Mitchell, Chris Carolan, Kara Edwards, Terry Carolan, Doug McBride, Debbie McBride, Terry Don Carolan, Cheryl Logsdon and Tommy James.
Rose was preceded in death by her parents, Seab and Clara Carolan; three sisters, Louise James, Inez Carolan, and Jean McBride; one brother, Don Carolan; one brother-in-law, Burl Bumpers; two nieces, Carol Ann Carolan and Dana Bumpers; and one nephew, David James.
She was a member of Main Street Baptist Church, and an active member of Stigler senior citizens.
Graveside services were held Feb. 13 at Whitefield Cemetery with the Rev. Jeff Berger officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Stigler.
