Priscilla Krisher

Priscilla Krisher, 74, of McCurtain, passed away Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016, in Lequire at her home. She was born March 7, 1942, in Lequire to R.C. and Helen (Sloan) Slater.
She grew up at Lequire and graduated from McCurtain High School. Priscilla married Joe Krisher and they made their home in McCurtain. They started a family and a farm. She worked at Wal-Mart and retired after many years. She owned a Get-N-Go Convenience Store for several years. She loved her children and grandchildren and loved spending time with them.
Priscilla is survived by her son, Chet Krisher of McCurtain; her daughter, Samantha Taylor of Ozark, Ark.; her two grandchildren, Jamie Johnson of McCurtain, Megan Watts and husband Prestan of Spiro; three great-grandchildren, Matt, Ella and Everleigh Watts; her sister, Jo Davis and husband Bill of Lequire; special niece and nephew, Ronnie and Sandy Davis.
She was preceded in death by her parents, R.C. and Helen Slater and an infant son, Christopher.
Memorial services were held Dec. 7 in the R.E. Shearwood Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Joe Daniels officiating. Eulogist was Pam Freeman. Services were under the direction of King & Shearwood Funeral Home of Stigler.
