Patsy Ruth Watts

Patsy Ruth (Holderby) Watts was born on May 8, 1937, in McCurtain to Jack and Millie (Nixon) Holderby.  She passed away in Keota on Oct. 29, 2019, at the age of 82.

She is survived by three daughters, Sheila Walker of Coweta, Sandra Seabolt and husband, Lawrence, of Keota and Susan Strain of Keota; grandchildren, Amanda Watts of Keota,  Amber Fieker of Broken Arrow, Jonathan Watts of Keota, Jack Conley of Keota, Kelly Lisenbee of Edmond, Jessica Conley of Keota, Ethan Strain of Keota, Jeremy Watts of Stigler, Brandi Redfern of Texarkana, Ark. Johnathon Hogan of Stigler, and Devin Hogan of Stigler; 22 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; one sister, Judy Kingsborough and husband, Ronnie, of Bokoshe; one brother, Omar Holderby of Kansas City, Mo. and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Watts; her parents, Jack and Millie Holderby; her son, David Watts; three brothers, Leeroy Humphry, Don Holderby and Junior Holderby; one grandson, Heath Watts and two sisters, Carol Davis and Freda Dill.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. on Friday, Nov.1, 2019, at McCurtain Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Brandon Mooneyham officiating.  Interment followed at Milton Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory of Stigler.

Viewing was at Mallory Chapel in Stigler from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday with family visitation from 5  to 7 p.m.

Pallbearers were Darrell Stout, Gary Stout, Johnny Stout, Jimmy Watts, and  Gerald Lovell.

Honorary pallbearers were Jerry Dill, Harold Watts, Nathanial Lovel, Mike Paul, Jackie Holderby,  Jeremy Kingsborough,  Gary Lopez and Burl Coble.
