Michael McNeil was born on March 18, 1952, to Thomas and Frances Virginia McNeil. He passed away on Sept. 24, 2020 in Quinton at the age of 68.
He is survived by his sons, Cody McNeil of Norman, Casey McNeil of Cypress Inn, Tenn., Michael McNeil, Jr. of Sedalia, Mo. and Jason McNeil of Sedalia, Mo.; one grandson, Mason McNeil of Norman; three siblings, Thomas McNeil, Jr. of Angleton, Texas, Nancy Orchard and husband, Paul, of Clute, Texas and Guy McNeil and wife, Charlotte, of Angleton, Texas.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas McNeil, Sr. and Frances Virginia McNeil and his grandparents.
