Mary Shelton

Mary Shelton of Stigler was born Dec. 15, 1943, in McCurtain to Phillip and Alice (Barnett) Paul. She passed away on May 16, 2018, in Stigler at the age of 74.
She is survived by her daughters, Toniece Shelton of Haileyville, Angela King and husband, Roy, of Kinta; son, Glen Shelton of Clarksville, Ark.; sisters, Nancy Poor of Heavener, Helen Davidson of Fort Smith, Ark.; brothers, Leonard Paul of Spiro, Larry Paul of Bonanza, Ark.; grandchildren, J.T. Smith, April Shelton, Trent King, Ashley King; great-grandchildren, Chloe Anoatubby and Kason Sharber.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents.
She enjoyed watching QVC, HSN and Judge Judy. She was a wonderful granny and enjoyed the good company of her family.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2018, at Mallory Chapel in Stigler with the Rev. Vernon Stone officiating.
Viewing was Thursday from 2 to 7 p.m. with family visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Services were entrusted to Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Stigler.
