Margie Adams, 70, of Quinton, Okla. was born Sept. 24, 1950, in Tulare, Calif. to Argie and Ethel (Sam) Davis and passed away March 22, 2021, at Cornerstone Hospital in Muskogee after a year long battle with cancer. On June 12, 1972, she married Doyle Adams. They were happily married for 48 years. She worked for 25 years until March 2020 at the Choctaw Casino in McAlester as supervisor of housekeeping and maintenance.

She is survived by her husband, Doyle Adams, of the home; daughter, Amy Adcock and husband, John, of Quinton; grandchildren, Justin Adcock, Sara Adcock and fiance Lucas Taylor, and Jessie Adcock, all of Quinton, and Brian Davis, Jr., of McAlester; great-grandchildren, Emmah and Jackson Yandell of Quinton and Wolf Davis, of McAlester; siblings and spouses, Kenneth and Jody Davis of Stigler, Wayne (Poncho) and Lori Davis of Quinton, and Sue Davis of McAlester; her brother in-law, Turner Eagle, of Tulsa; mother in-law, Ven Adams; brother in-law and spouse, Don and Barbie Adams; sister in-law, Ruby Wimmer, all of Checotah; several cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and her Choctaw Casino family. 

She is preceded in death by her parents; her son, Brian Davis; sisters, Kathy Eagle and Gail Medlock; father in-law, Harley Adams and sister in-law, Roberta Coppin.

A graveside service was held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at the Brooken Cemetery with the Rev. Bill “Punk” Fitzer officiating. Burial was under the direction of Hunn Black & Merritt Funeral Home & Crematory.
