Leonard ‘Mike’ Casinger

Today, we are here to celebrate the life of Leonard Michael Casinger (known to all as Mike).
Mike was born Sept. 24, 1951, to Cecil and Roxie Casinger in Gore. He died at his home on April 1, 2017, at the age of 65.
Mike married the love of his life, Martha Nan Reason on Sept. 18, 1974. Together, they had four children, Mike, Cecil, Nancy and Mandy.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 42 years, Martha Casinger of the home; Mike and wife Chasitity Casinger of Porum, Cecil and wife Hayley Casinger of Glenpool, Nancy Casinger of Porum, Mandy Casinger of Warner; his mother, Roxie Casinger of Warner; sister, Betty and husband Eddie Mustin of Warner; and sister, Ruth and husband JP Gregory of Vian.
He was the very proud grandfather of Shasta and Payden Lyons of McAlester, Alexis Hackett and Dezmund Casinger of Porum, Bayler and Saige Casinger of Porum, Claire and Maddox Casinger of Glenpool, and Shane, Emery and Izzie Casinger of Warner.
The great-grandfather of Jessa and Grayson Casinger, and Skylar Lyons of McAlester.
Mike was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Casinger; brothers, Junior Casinger, Charles Casinger, Donald Casinger and Gordia Box; sisters, Zola Mannon and Margaret Williamson; and one grandson, Tucker Casinger.
Graveside services were held April 5 at Coleman Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory of Stigler.
Pallbearers were his sons and nephews.
