Kathy Wise

Kathy Lee (Coyle) Wise, 58, stepped from her earthly home to her Heavenly home on Wednesday, March 6, 2019, at Northeastern Baptist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas.

Kathy was born Nov. 8, 1960, in Stigler to Ollie Ray and Rosa Lee (Longcrier) Coyle. She married Charles Wise on Sept. 8, 1978, at Crossroads Baptist Church in Stigler.

Kathy was a dedicated daughter, wife and mother. She treasured her husband, children, grandchildren and family and embraced every moment with them. Her most cherished role was definitely Nanny to her grandchildren, and she was looking forward to her first great-grandchild.

She was a nurse for 25 years and took pride in the role of caring for people. She made friends everywhere she went and would do anything for anyone. She was definitely loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

Kathy is survived by her husband of 40 years, Charles Wise, of the home; two sons, Justin Wise of Keota and Lupe Sustaita of Stigler; one daughter, Amber Myers, and son-in-law, Joseph, of McCurtain; nine grandchildren, Keastin Wise and wife, Jacelynn, Cadence, McKinlee and Canyon Myers, Gage Wise, Cole Justice, Nakita, Desiree and Justin Sustaita; her mother, Rosa Lee (Longcrier) Coyle; four sisters and four brothers, Jo Ellen Coyle of Eufaula, Sue Grantham and husband, Louis, of Alma, Ark., Darla Dowdy and husband, Gary, of Porum, Allen Coyle and wife, Karen, of Mustang, Bobby Coyle and wife, Sheila, of Stigler, Gary Coyle and wife, Cheryl, of Keota, Sandra Blaylock and husband, Dearl, of Stigler and Mike Coyle and wife, Honey, of Stigler; numerous nieces and nephews; a very, very special aunt and partner in crime, Shirley Coyle of Tulsa; special cousin, Sharon Vails of Stigler and many more cousins and a multitude of friends most of whom she regarded as family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ollie Ray Coyle; mother-in-law and father in law, Bill and Faye Wise; brother-in-law, Joe Wise; grandparents, Menzo and Cora Coyle and Vestal and Ellen Longcrier and nephews, Randy Pugh and Lucas Niven.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at Stigler First Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Rick Stout and Bro. Tommie Parker officiating. Interment followed at Antioch Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory of Stigler.

Viewing was at Mallory Chapel from 1 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2019; from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 10, 2019 and from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, March 11, 2019, with family visitation from 5 to 8 p.m.

Pallbearers were William Duncan, Ronnie Duncan, Chris Mayhall, Lupe Sustaita, Dennis Kemp and Ron Barrow.

Honorary pallbearers were Justin Wise, Joseph Myers, Allen Coyle, Bobby Coyle, Gary Coyle, Michael Coyle, Josh Vails and Jeremy Vails.
