Johnathon Crafton

Johnathon Michael Crafton, 26, of Pocola, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Ark. He was born May 4, 1991, in Bakersfield, Calif. to Mike and Teresa (Trueblood) Crafton.
Johnathon grew up in Porum and Gore, where he graduated. He attended Oklahoma State University in Okmulgee. He was a machinist for APF Fabrication. He loved working on cars, building his BAJA Bug.
Johnathon is survived by his dad, Mike Douglas Crafton of Muskogee; his mother, Teresa Murray of Fort Gibson; his brother Colton Crafton of Muskogee; half siblings, Caiden Murray, Annabella Murray, Adelyn Murray; his paternal grandmother, Helen Crafton of Muskogee; his maternal grandparents, Wanda and Billy McBride of Texas; his Aunt Karen and Uncle Glenn Kline; cousins, Jason Crafton and wife Jennifer, Sunny Dickson and husband, Bob, Roy Kline and wife, Amy, Tabitha West and husband, Brandon; second cousins, Blake, Ronon, Alile, Madison, Austin, Katilyn, Aveire, Zander, Ella and Quaid, all of California.
Johnathon was preceded in death by his grandfather, Everett (Sonny) Crafton; his Uncle Orlan Crafton.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at Gore First South Baptist Church with Pastor Doug Bane officiating. Pallbearers included Joey Phillips, Doug Crafton and Eric Helms.
Burial followed to Warner Memorial Cemetery in Warner under the direction of King & Shearwood Funeral Home of Stigler.
