Jo Ann Watson

Jo Ann (Cloud) Watson was born in Lequire, on Sept. 30, 1949, to Cecil and Ella Marie (Byrum) Cloud. She passed away in Springdale, Ark. on June 3, 2020, at the age of 70.

She is survived by her husband, Gary, of the home; her daughter, Shelli Hubbs and husband, David, of Springdale, Ark.; her grandson, Cody Hubbs, of Springdale, Ark.; her granddaughter, Bailea Land and husband, Jacob, of Lowell, Ark.; one brother-in-law, Kendall Watson and wife, Betty, of Eucha and numerous relatives and friends.

Jo Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Ella Marie Cloud.

Jo Ann was a member of Phillips Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in Springdale, Ark. She enjoyed shopping, flowers and gardening, and camping and vacationing in the RV.

Funeral services were held at Mallory Chapel in Stigler on Monday, June 8, 2020 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. David Bigger and Jerry Barham officiating. Interment  followed at Sans Bois Cemetery in Kinta under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory of Stigler.

Pallbearers were David Hubbs, Cody Hubbs, Jacob Land, Dale Land, Jerry Barham and Bill Zaltosky.

Honorary pallbearers were Kendall Watson, Robert Williams and Tommy Joe Williams.
