Glendon Alex Jones

Glendon Alex Jones was born Jan. 11, 1951, in Muskogee and died Oct. 4, 2019, in Washington, D.C. He was 68.
Glen was raised in Stigler and was a 1969 graduate of Stigler High School and a graduate of Tulsa Barber College.
He was a barber in the Stigler area for more than 20 years and later worked as a much-loved front desk clerk in Washington, D.C, before he passed.
He is survived by his four children, Willis Jones of Holts Summit, Mo., Eddie Jones of Alma, Ark., Dian Franks of Stigler, Alex Jones, whereabouts unknown, one brother, Danny Jones of Talihina, and his wife, Ofelia Jones, of Washington, D.C.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edgar and Colleen Jones.
Graveside service will be Oct. 25 at 10 a.m. at Antioch Cemetery.
