George Gill

George Rabon Gill was born in McCurtain, on Sept. 27, 1942, to George and Ruby (Holley) Gill. He passed away on June 4, 2020, in Keota, at the age of 77.
He is survived by one daughter, Loretta Petty and husband, Kevin, of McCurtain; his granddaughter, Shayla Petty of Warner; his sister, Lovertia Jo “Sis” Gill, of Sapulpa; his brother, Johnny Gill, of Oklahoma City and numerous nieces, nephews and relatives.
George was preceded in death by his parents, George W. and Ruby (Holley) Gill; his companion of many years, Shirley Holley; and his sisters, Lois Marie Gill and Ruby Helen Cox.
