Fern Woods

Fern Lucille Woods of Porum was born July 14, 1932, in Hannah to Elza and Floy (Chasteen) Hughey and passed away Sept. 27, 2018, in Porum at the age of 86.

She is survived by son, Rick Jackson and wife, Ronda, of Porum; grandchildren, Rande Davis and husband, Lonny, of Eufaula, Racie Hall and husband, Ben, of Coweta and Rayna Hubband and husband, Matthew, of Eufaula; great-grandchildren, Zoe, Ava and Oli Davis; Finleigh and Archer Hall and Collin and Camden Hubbard; brother, Marvin Hughey of Oklahoma City.

Fern was preceded in death by her parents, Elza and Floy (Chasteen) Hughey; husbands, Floyd Jackson, John Rodgers and Grady Woods; daughter, Kathy Bales and son-in-law, Cameron Bales.

Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 1, 2018, at Coleman Cemetery. Burial followed under the direction of the Mallory-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory in Stigler.
