Esther Miller

Esther Lee Miller of Lewisville was born Aug. 30, 1930, in Lewisville to Cap and Elnora (Clark) Powell. She went to be with her Heavenly Father on April 4, 2018, in Oklahoma City.
She is survived by two sisters, Synomia Vealy of Lewisville and Shirley Keith of Oklahoma City; one brother, William Powell of Lewisville; one niece/godchild, Skylar Keith “Little Jack;” host of other nieces and nephews; special friend, Bernice Harris of Oklahoma City; host of friends.
Esther was preceded in death by her husband, Kent Miller; parents, Cap and Elnora Powell; two sisters, Bessie Pittmon, Molly Mae Powell and one brother, Raymond Powell.
Going home celebration will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 2018, at Harris Chapel in Lewisville with Assistant Pastor DeNathan Brown, Pastor John Tottress, Pastor Kenneth Lovelace and Elder George Hildred officiating. Burial will follow at Lewisville Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be James Pittmon, Prentice Keith, Irving Walters, Demetrius Keith, Shlardre Keith and Kenneth Lovelace.
Honorary pallbearers will be Marvin “Dubbie” Vealy, Leonard Finley and Furnando Keith.
Flower girls will be Stacia Keith, Sakiyah Keith, Derisha Gains, Synorria Vealy and A’Jazcyti Dyer.
Viewing will be Friday, April 6 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m, no viewing Saturday or Sunday, Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. with family visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. at Mallory-Martin Funeral Home in Stigler.
