Eddie Lee Kemp

Eddie Lee Kemp was born September 20, 1951, in Ft. Smith, Arkansas to Howard and Lillian (Gossett) Kemp and passed away on August 29, 2021 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas at the age of 69.  He is preceded in death by his parents Howard and Lillian daughter, Melandie Mitchell, and two brothers, Eugene Kemp and Tommy Kemp.  Eddie was a member of the Forefront Church in Ft. Smith, Arkansas and was a Boy Scout troop leader for many years.  He enjoyed racing and loved his family dearly. 

 Survivors include his wife Donna (Langston) Kemp; two sons, Eddie Lee Kemp, II and wife Judy and Reverend Lee Andrew Kemp and wife Sarah; nine grandchildren, numerous other family members, and friends. 

 Funeral services will be held 10am Saturday, September 4, 2021 at the Mallory-Martin Funeral Home in Spiro, Oklahoma with Reverend Russ Tyler and Reverend Lee Kemp officiating.  Burial will follow in the Keota Cemetery in Keota, Oklahoma under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home. 

 Viewing will be held after the funeral service and pallbearers will be Eddie Lee Kemp II, Eddie Lee Kemp III, Lee Andrew Kemp, Andrew Kenneth Kemp, Reuben Kemp, and Shane Kemp.  In lieu of flowers the family ask that memorial donations be made to the Keota Cemetery in honor of Mr. Kemp.  Donations may be mailed to: Keota Cemetery /P.O.
