Dema Jordan

Dema Devota McClary Jordan, 80, of Keota passed away April 18, 2018, in Stigler.
Services were held at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 23, at Keota First Baptist Church with the Rev. Elbert Owens officiating. Interment followed at Antioch Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Royce Rainwater, Scott Bloxham, Roy McClary, Zach McClary, Clinton Jordan and Tracy Jordan.
Honorary pallbearers were Lane Hendrix, Tyler Massey, Dylan Stout, Tanner Bloxham, Bryer Bloxham and Mason Edwards.
Dema was born Jan. 10, 1938, in McCurtain to Justin LeRoy and Margie (Canada) McClary. Dema married Clarence Jordan on May 21, 1971, in San Diego, Calif.
Dema loved to teach, sew, cook and read.
She is survived by three daughters, Mechelle Jordan of Keota, DeAnna Bryant and son-in-law, Jimmy, of Muskogee; one stepdaughter Terry Jordan of Hospers, Iowa; one son Jimmie Jordan and wife, Cindy, of Marysville, Wash.; grandchildren, Richie Ross, Rebecca Hendrix, Brenna Dorado, Eraina Ortega and Justin Ortega; great-grandchildren, Kylie Mobiglia, Tyler Massey, Dylan Stout, Ryker Ross, Kynedy Clark, Curtis Clark, Paige Hendrix, Lane Hendrix, Aden Dorado, Grace Ortega; great-great-grandchildren, McKinley Stout and Sawyer Mobiglia; sister, Lou Rainwater and husband, Royce, of Keota; brothers, Larry McClary and wife, Pam, of Keota, Terry McClary of Keota; several nieces and nephews; her home health family, Beth Long, Carla Valenzuela, Sabrina Lawson, Afton Otto, Michelle, Mason, Addie, Makinley and Lily.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two children, two brothers and one sister.
