David Graham

David Leroy Graham passed away in his home in McKinney, Texas on Oct. 15, 2020 at 10:45 a.m. at the age of 81 years old.

David is preceded in death by his parents, Jess M. Graham and Alma Robertson Graham, and an older brother, Bob Graham.

David is survived by his current wife, Elaine Dawson; an older sister, Joanne Graham Werner of Picayune, Miss., his three daughters and husbands, Debbie Willmon, and husband, Greg, of Denton, Texas, Dianna Wyatt, and husband, Tim, of Denton, Texas and Deanna Gidney, and husband, Jerry, of McKinney, Texas; seven grandchildren, Greg Willmon, Jr., David Willmon, Charles Willmon, Brandy Gidney, Brook Solis, Bethany Gidney and Aly Wyatt; and eight great-grandchildren, Trey, Debbie, Wesley, Emily, Bowen, Winnie, Everlie and Luke.

David was born in Pocasset on June 7, 1939. David graduated from Capital Hill High School in Oklahoma City. He then attended Oklahoma University until his entrepreneurial skills called his name. David found his niche in mobile homes. In 1980, he opened AllTexas Mobile Home Brokers and Sales, Inc. in McKinney, Texas. In addition, he had his real estate broker’s license. He had a long run of success in the mobile home and real estate business. Up to his death he continued this work.

David’s children and grandchildren remember him as a hard worker that expected the same from them. His children and several grandchildren worked for him and recall a work day that was much longer than what is traditionally considered a work day. He liked to joke and poke fun with you. He was a man full of wise quotes. If you give a man a fish you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him a lifetime.

David attended Kentucky Avenue Baptist Church in Oklahoma City and First Baptist Church in McKinney, Texas.

Viewing was held at Mallory Chapel in Stigler from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2020; with family visitation from 6 to 8 p.m.

Funeral services were held at Mallory Chapel in Stigler at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2020 with the Rev. Randall Pearce officiating. Interment followed at Stigler City Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory of Stigler.

Pallbearers were Timothy Wyatt, Greg Willmon, Sr., Greg Willmon, Jr., David Willmon, Charles Willmon and Trey Willmon.
