Darla Lininger

Darla Joanne Lininger of Porum was born Sept. 29, 1943, in Tulelake, Calif., and passed away Jan. 8, 2017, at the age of 73.  
Joanne was preceded in death by her father, Ed Parker, Sr. and mother, Juanita (Fuller) Parker.
Joanne is survived by her husband Robert “Bob” Lininger of the home.  
Bob and Joanne were married April 7, 1973, in Arizona.
In 1979 Bob and Joanne moved their family, including three young children, Jerry, Ramona and Marlena, to Porum. All three survive Joanne.
Joanne is also survived by one granddaughter, Candace Lininger; and three grandsons, Nicholas Vaughn, James Vaughn and Levi Raymond Driskell; several nieces and nephews; and her three brothers, Ed Parker, Jr. and his wife June of Riverton, Wyo., Larry Parker and his wife Judy of Flagstaff, Ariz., and Garry Parker of Riverton, Wyo.
Joanne was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Bend, Ore., Nov.  29, 1959.  She greatly enjoyed sharing her faith in Jehovah God and Jesus Christ with her family, friends and neighbors.
The memorial service for Joanne will be held at the Stigler Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses Sunday, Jan. 29 at 2 p.m.
