Charlotte N. Johnson

Charlotte N. Johnson of Keota was born June 7, 1939, in Keota to Claud and Florence (Weece) Coble and passed away Oct. 7, 2018, in Stigler at the age of 79.

She is survived by her spouse, Danny Johnson of the home; daughters, Tammie Johnson and husband, Ray, of Keota and Jackie Freeman of Keota; grandchildren, Bradley Johnson and wife, Shawnta, of Keota, Heather Johnson and Kyle Patton of Keota, Jack Johnson and wife, Anna, of Keota, Steven Freeman and Mekayla Freeman of Keota, Darrell Gabbard of Keota, Christopher Gabbard of Keota, Stacie Gabbard of Keota, Brian Johnson and wife, Shannon, of McAlester, Jamie Johnson and wife, Keri, of Keota, Destiny, Jacob and Manuel Johnson, Chris, Trenton, Sasha, Brandon, Tara and Samantha Johnson of Keota; 19 great-grandchildren; brother, Burl Coble of Stigler and sisters, Zelma Adams of Keota and Marcella McSperritt of Keota.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, Claud and Florence Coble; two husbands, Jack Gabbard and Ray Phillips; three sons, Joe Gabbard, Shawn Gabbard and Tracy  Gabbard; three sisters, Zula Jones, Jeanette Coble and Claudia Morris and one brother, Charles Coble.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, 2018, at Victory Worship Center of Keota with the Rev. Heath Cole and the Rev. Ron Cole officiating. Burial will follow in Keota City Cemetery under the direction of the Mallory-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory in Stigler. Pallbearers will be Bradley Johnson, Jack Johnson, Jamie Johnson, Steven Freeman, Andrew Bohannan, Kyle Patton and Brandon Tom. Honorary pallbearers will be Brian Johnson, Darrell Gabbard and Christopher Gabbard.
