Charles Bigger

Charles Arthur Bigger of Hoyt was born July 15, 1934, in Hoyt to Charles and Veva (Cleveland) Bigger. He passed away July 14, 2018, in Hoyt at the age of 83.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Dorothy, of the home; one son, Jeffrey Wayne Bigger of Tulsa;  two daughters, Deborah Ott and husband, Walter, of Dibble, Lisa Renee Reyna and husband, Marcus, of Deer Park, Texas; two brothers, Donald Bigger and wife, Elaine, of Hoyt, David Bigger and wife, Linda, of Hoyt; two sisters, Lois Westbrook of Bixby, Anita Haddock of Edmond; four grandsons, David Wayne Bigger and wife, Chasity, of Coweta, Ricky Alan Bigger and wife, Aubrey, of Collinsville, Dustin Ott and wife, Jennifer, of Dibble, Jason Ott and wife, Leanna, of Dibble; two granddaughters, Savannah Reyna of Deer Park, Texas, Bella Reyna of Deer Park, Texas; seven great-grandchildren, Gracie, Brady, Trey, Kylee, Cameron, Cydnee and Skyler.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents.

He was called to the ministry in 1960 and was a pastor for 50 years.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at Stigler First Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. David L. Bigger officiating. Burial followed at Hoyt Cemetery.

Viewing was Monday from 2 to 5 p.m. and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. with family visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. at Mallory Chapel in Stigler.

Pallbearers were David Wayne Bigger, Ricky Alan Bigger, Steven Bigger, Terry Bigger, Marcus Reyna and Tyler Lewis.

Honorary pallbearers were Donald Luke, Clinton Foster, Jeff Goletto, Jerry Carter, Terry Anderson and Harold Ott.

Services entrusted to Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Stigler.
