Chad grew up in Stigler and attended Stigler Schools all 12 years. He worked construction when he was young, but truck driving and bull hauling was his favorite job. Chad loved to fish, hang out with friends, play pool, and listen to music – especially from the 70s and 80s. He enjoyed grilling and occasionally cooking for his mom and stepdad. Chad was very proud of his kids and was very happy to find out recently he was going to be a grandpa. No matter where he went or how long he was gone, he always wanted to come home to be with his family. Chad was saved and baptized at the age of 15 at First Baptist Church in Stigler. He had been ill for a long time, but always had faith and fought a good fight to the end.

Viewing was held at Mallory Chapel in Stigler from 1 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 8, with family visitation from 5 to 7 p.m.
