Lake Eufaula, Kerr Reservoir fishing report

Here are the weekly fishing reports for Lake Eufaula and the Robert S. Kerr Reservoir. Both reports were submitted on Friday.

 

Lake Eufaula

Lake Elevation: Normal

Water Temp and Clarity: Murky, clearing slowly

Blue catfish, striped bass: Action is good with cut bait, live bait, live shad and shad below the dam and at the dam

Black, White Crappie: Action is good on jigs and minnows below the dam, docks, main lake, and under bridges.

Largemouth, smallmouth bass: Action is fair on grass hoppers, plastics, small lures and spinnerbaits in main lake, shallows, standing timber and weed beds.

Kerr Reservoir

Lake Elevation: Normal

Water Temp and Clarity: Murky

Largemouth and spotted bass: Action is fair on bill baits, plastics and worms in brush structure, coves and creek channels.

Blue, channel and flathead catfish: Action is good on cut bait, live bait, shad, stinkbait and sunfish in channels, flats, main lake, river channel and river mouth.

White Crappie: Action is slow on jigs and minnows in channels, main lake and standing timber.
