Virtual Days at Stigler Public Schools scheduled

Preparation in the event of shutdown

Stigler Public Schools will be having Virtual Days on Sept. 25, and Oct. 15 and 19.
The reason for this is preparation in the event of a shutdown due to COVID-19. Students will be given assignments through Google Classroom to complete. Students who do not have Internet access at home will have assignments sent home with them. We also will have a computer lab available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sept. 25 and Oct.15 at the Tech Ed building near the stadium.
We are offering drive up Internet access at five area churches in the school district. Stigler Public School students may access the Internet by parking at any of these locations. Only school provided devices will connect at these locations. The student chromebooks will automatically connect when in range of the churches. We want to thank the following churches for allowing us to offer this service to students: Lafayette Free Will Baptist Church, Tamaha Free Will Baptist Church, Enterprise Baptist Church, Whitefield Baptist Church and Crossroads Free Will Baptist Church. Please visit our website stiglerps.com for more information.
Stigler Public Schools is committed to providing access to quality education through traditional or virtual platforms.
