UPDATED: OSBI ARRESTS STIGLER TEACHER FOR POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

From the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation:

STIGLER, OK – On November 20, 2023, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation Internet Crimes Against Children Unit received a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding child sexual abuse material.
OSBI special agents immediately began investigating the internet user and identified him as 61-year-old Donald Ray Holt, who was employed as a teacher for Stigler High School.
On April 4, 2024, the OSBI ICAC Taskforce, along with other law enforcement agencies, served a search warrant at Holt’s residence in Stigler. Based on evidence obtained during the investigation, Holt was interviewed and arrested on charges of Possession of Child Pornography, Distribution of Child Pornography, and Violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act. Holt was booked into the Haskell County jail.
The OSBI would like to thank the Stigler Police Department, Payne County Sheriff's Office, and the Choctaw Nation Police Department for assisting us with this arrest. We appreciate their efforts in keeping our children safe.

Holt appeared in Haskell County District Court on Friday, April 5. Bond was set at $75,000.
As of April 5, formal charges have not been filed.
