Red Kettle campaign begins

The KI BOIS Community Action Foundation in Stigler started ringing the bell on Dec. 4 this year and will continue to ring it until Dec. 24, Christmas Eve. As the KI BOIS Community Action Foundation took over as the local Salvation Army Stigler Service Unit in May of 2004, they are responsible for the kettle campaign during this holiday season. The familiar tripod, kettle bucket and bells will be set up from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday at Wal-Mart.
