Parole violator, homicide suspect arrested

Richard Alan Ross was arrested in rural Haskell County without incident on a parole violation out of New Mexico on Dec. 9, at approximately 12:05 a.m., according to Haskell County Sheriff’s Department press release. The Haskell County Sheriff’s Department received information about a double homicide that had occurred in Albuquerque, N.M. on Dec. 8, they learned that the suspect, Ross, was possibly in the Keota area.
