Keota town board makes personnel changes

The Keota Board of Trustees conducted a special meeting on Thursday, May 18 and voted on two personnel issues.
Trustees voted to hire George Stilwell as a full-time police officer. Stilwell was previously employed as a part-time officer. Also, Ruben Ball was hired as a full-time employee. He will work in the street and alley department.
On May 11, Police Chief Leah Hendrix presented her letter of resignation to the trustees. Her last day of employment will be Thursday, May 25.
