Kates thanked

Stigler New Century Club presented Donna Kates with a gift after her cooking presentation at their November meeting. Kates has written eight cookbooks and is an extremely valuable club and community member. She also makes the Stigler T-shirt quilt that NCC raffles off each year at a home basketball game. The drawing for this year’s quilt will be Dec. 9 during the boys’ basketball game. Proceeds from the quilt go toward scholarships given by the club each year to graduating seniors.
