Guthrie to give talk on Stigler school bond at Chamber luncheon

Stigler Public Schools Superintendent Monty Guthrie will speak on the school bond proposal on Thursday at the Stigler-Haskell County Chamber of Commerce luncheon, which is at 12 p.m. The bond proposal, which calls for a new Stigler Grade School, will be voted upon Sept. 12 in a special election. Anyone who needs to register to vote can turn in a voter registration form by Friday in order to be registered in time for the special election.
