Guide to open door to county’s advantages

The Stigler News-Sentinel and Stigler-Haskell County Chamber of Commerce are once again preparing to highlight the many advantages of Haskell County.

The annual “Advantage, Your Guide to Haskell County” magazine will feature information about sports leagues and complexes, other recreational opportunities, government, schools, organizations and much more.

The magazine will also offer area businesses and organizations a great opportunity to share profiles of their services and support the community.

Janice Williams, executive director of Stigler-Haskell County Chamber of Commerce encourages businesses and organizations to participate in this year’s “Advantage.” “Please plan to be a part of this publication. ‘Advantage’ magazine serves as a chamber directory. It also highlights our community and opens the door for places to eat, shop, play, attend school, worship, and most importantly, do business in Haskell County," she said.

As it has in the past, “Advantage” will have a large circulation. In addition to being inserted in the print publication of the Stigler News-Sentinel, copies will be distributed to area businesses that advertise. Copies also will be distributed by Williams and others as they attend economic development events and share the news about the advantages of living and working in Stigler and Haskell County.
