We can help!
Community CARES Partners, a public-private resource center, has received funding from the State of Oklahoma to help its residents pay their rent.
You could qualify if you:
Have lost your job or income due to COVID-19 on or after March 1, 2020 Are an Oklahoma resident behind on your rent and have recieved an eviction notice.
We expect many people to apply. Please apply as soon as possible.
The application will only take five minutes. Please have proof of your situation ready, such as lease, eviction notices, unemployment documents, court summons, and proof of income.

What is Community CARES Partners?

A public-private program of Communities Foundation of Oklahoma (CFO)

A new resident support resource center that administers Coronavirus Relief Funds
(CARES) allocated by the State of Oklahoma

That provides rent assistance to residents facing eviction who have been financially
impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic
What kind of assistance and who qualifies? Applicant must verify:

18 or over
-
Lost job or income due to COVID-19 after 3/1/20
-
Financial need
-
Rent was incurred after 3/1/20
-
No other federal funds were received for the same purpose
STATE funds:

$9.4M available statewide
-
Help with eviction prevention - back rent, fees, and future rent

IF there is a docket number (an eviction was filed in court and you were
served) and:
Resident of the State of Oklahoma Meets income limit -
$3600/person or household limit

Funds must be expended by 9/30/20
All funds paid to vendor on behalf of resident
