Council participates in state convention, receives Gold Chapter recognition

Stigler High School Student Council recently participated in a state convention and has received recognition for school and community service projects.
The student council participated in the OASC (Oklahoma Association of Student Councils) virtual state convention on Saturday, Nov 7.
“Our virtual state convention was a bit different than we were used to, but we tried to have fun with it and met together as a group,” advisor Lori Boren told the Stigler News-Sentinel. “We went out to eat and had dessert while listening to our speaker to make things a little more fun for our kids.”
