Council makes personnel decisions; discusses annexation, flooring, treatment plant

Keota council members voted on personnel issues, requested options regarding new flooring for city hall, discussed the possibility of annexing several areas and received an update regarding the wastewater treatment plant during their monthly meeting on March 14.
