Choctaw Nation's Stigler clinic to hold COVID-19 vaccination event for tribal members

The Choctaw Nation Health Services Authority (CNHSA) will hold a special Saturday vaccination event on Feb. 6, at the Choctaw Nation Stigler Clinic from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Appointments will be set for eligible patients only. Those eligible are current patients with a Certified Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) cardholders 40 years of age or older (and their household members who have a CDIB card), and teachers and healthcare workers with their CDIB card. To schedule an appointment for the special event in Stigler, call 800.349.7026 extension 6 and choose Stigler as your clinic.
