Can your Halloween decorations win the 'Spooky Decor' contest?

Do you believe your home has award-winning decorations this Halloween?

If so, this contest is for you.

The “Spooky Decor” contest, hosted by the Stigler News-Sentinel, will determine which home is best decorated for Halloween.

There are just a few steps involved in entering. The top three entries will receive prizes, and the Grand Prize winner will receive … well, a “Grand Prize.”

To enter:

Submit a photo or photos (up to three) and email them to news@stiglernews.com

In the email include your name, address and phone number.

That's it! After that, a committee will select the top three and website visitors will select the Grand Prize winner.

Contest schedule:

Oct. 22 – All submissions emailed to news@stiglernews.com. Deadline - midnight.

Oct. 23 - Committee will select top three submissions. A photo and brief story of each will be posted on website, www.stiglernews.com. Top three submissions will also receive a prize.

Oct. 23-29 – Viewers will select the Grand Prize winner by participating in the poll on the website. (Poll will close at midnight on Oct. 29.)

Oct. 30 – Grand prize winner will be announced on the website and will receive a banner to display in their yard on Halloween.

Nov. 3 – A story about the Grand Prize winner will be published in the paper.
