BREAKING NEWS: Multiple arrests made

Operation Local Impact

On Oct. 9, 2020, the Haskell County Sheriff’s Office, Stigler Police Department, Oklahoma District 18 Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force, Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Choctaw Nation Tribal Police and the Porum Police Department attempted to execute 19 arrest warrants for Distribution of Controlled Dangerous Substances. This investigation started approximately seven months ago and is still considered ongoing. The warrants issued today were for individuals selling methamphetamine along with various other drugs within Haskell County.

Since 2018 with the passing of State Question 780, law enforcement's hands have been tied but we are still finding ways to assure the safety of our citizens. The work displayed today by the outstanding law enforcement officers we have here in Haskell County is a showing of what team work and collaboration can do.

David Lindo Robertson D/O/B 12-1987; Charge: Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance-Methamphetamine and Unlawful Use of Communication Device

Levi Samuel Ball D/O/B 10-1983; Charge: Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance- Methamphetamine
