Ballots cast in school, municipal elections

School board members and municipal representatives were elected on Tuesday, April 2.
Results of the elections conducted by Haskell County Election Board include:
Stigler School Board, Office 4 - John D. Turrentine, 210 votes (70.47 percent); and Ashley Engle, 88 votes (29.53 percent).
Keota School Board, Office 4 - Tristen Lawson,172 votes, (55.66 percent); Tommy Joe Roberson , 137 votes (44.34 percent).
Keota town clerk-treasurer - Sharon Burt, 50 votes (53.76 percent); Lisa Kemp Hazlewood, 33 votes (35.48 percent); Heather Sloan, 10 votes (10.75 percent).
Keota Board of Trustees - (two winners) Donald Burton, 66 votes (43.71 percent); Velma Huckaby, 53 votes (35.1 percent); Tammy Erica Goff, 32 votes (21.19 percent).

Results posted by the Oklahoma State Election Board on April 2 are unofficial, unverified results. They will be certified April 5.
