Advantage magazine to share messages of advertisers

 The deadline is near, but area businesses and organizations still have time to reserve space in Advantage, Your Go-To Guide To Haskell County.    

Published annually in partnership with Stigler-Haskell County Chamber of Commerce, Advantage shines a spotlight on Haskell County.

This year’s Advantage will include information about area schools, government, community activities and much more.     The full-color magazine will have a large circulation. The publication will be inserted in the Stigler News-Sentinel and additional copies will be distributed to advertisers.    

Copies will also be presented to Stigler-Haskell County Chamber of Commerce for distribution to individuals who request information about Haskell County. The digital version of Advantage will be posted on the website, www.stiglernews.com.     In addition, a graduating high school senior will be the recipient of an Advantage Scholarship, which will be provided by proceeds from the magazine. The scholarship is presented annually in recognition of Linus T. Williams, the first publisher of the Stigler News-Sentinel, for his work in establishing the Stigler Chamber of Commerce.    

The magazine is a great way for area businesses and organizations to share their messages and to support the Stigler-Haskell County Chamber of Commerce,” said Summer Long, publisher of the Stigler News-Sentinel. “The staffs of the newspaper and the chamber are enjoying the process of gathering information about Haskell County and are looking forward to sharing the magazine with newspaper readers, prospective residents and interested business owners.”
